Tallahassee Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Advisor in Tallahassee, FL to deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to final invoice. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, explain symptoms, and guide them through recommended services with clear pricing and timelines.

• Ensure customer has an excellent experience during visit
• Greet customers warmly and promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow up time
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Engage customer to understand and approve recommended services and repair
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
