Job summary

Tallahassee Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences and coordinate vehicle service at our Tallahassee dealership. You will greet customers warmly, collect vehicle information, inspect vehicles at check-in, report symptoms clearly, and prepare accurate labor and parts estimates for approval.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership experience, strong multitasking abilities, a contagious positive attitude, and a commitment to growth and customer

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have an excellent experience during visit.
• Greet customers warmly and promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Establish follow up time and communicate progress.
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Monitor progress and update customers regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer has an excellent experience during visit


• Greet customers warmly and promptly


• Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in


• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer


• Establish follow up time


• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle


• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts


• Engage customer to understand and approve recommended services and repair


• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently


• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order


• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
