Job summary

Capistrano Volkswagen is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to work with a friendly team in a high-volume auto service environment. You will assess customer needs, prepare estimates, and coordinate service along with the shop team to ensure timely, quality results.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$145,000 annually based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

• 5-days a week with Saturdayrotations
• 3-day weekends every 3rd week
• Hourly plus commission

Pay Scale

The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with CDK is a plus!
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
• Pass drug screening
