Capistrano Volkswagen in San Juan Capistrano seeks Service Advisors at all levels. The role involves interacting with customers to address service needs and providing accurate cost estimates. A salary range of $80,000-$125,000 annually based on performance is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with CDK is a plus!
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments and communicate updates to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions.

Job Type: Full-time

• 5-days a week with Saturday rotations
• 3-day weekends every 3rd week
• Hourly plus commission

Pay Scale

The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
