Job summary

Hill Country Honda is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, identify vehicle concerns, and prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.

You will write and manage repair orders from start to finish, communicate additional service needs, and verify warranty coverage while keeping customers informed on timelines and costs. A customer-focused mindset and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Previous service advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
