Job summary

Bend Honda is hiring a Service Advisor to join our Bend, Oregon team. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and prepare repair orders with accurate estimates in the ADP system.

Role includes base pay plus commission, with annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $100,000. Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays; customer satisfaction and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Typing efficiently to enter repair orders and notes.
• Basic math to estimate costs and process payments.
• Proficient with standard computer applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and greet customers professionally.
• Explain services, costs, and expected completion times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess needs.
• Write repair orders in the ADP system with accuracy.
• Provide estimates and obtain approval for pricing.
• Coordinate with technicians on required services.
• Follow up with customers during servicing and after completion.
• Process payments and deliver the vehicle to the customer.
