Job summary

DCH Honda of Nanuet is seeking bilingual automotive service advisors to join our service team in Nanuet, NY. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, helping to identify needs and ensuring clear communication for repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities include preparing repair orders, developing estimates, and guiding customers through service options. We offer competitive pay, industry benefits, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer payments, including deductibles.
