Job summary

Rock Honda in Fontana, CA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians in a high-volume dealership service department.

You will develop accurate service estimates, prepare repair orders, and keep customers informed of repairs, timelines, and costs while managing warranty and service specials. A valid driver’s license and CDK experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Familiarity with automotive service processes and repair workflows.
• CDK experience or other shop management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the communicator and liaison between customer and technician, ensuring needs are understood.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor; calculate customer payments and deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approvals, and enter RO into the service database.
