Atlantic Coast Honda is seeking motivated Automotive Service Advisors to maximize earnings, build lasting customer relationships, and advance their careers. With a busy service department, the role offers potential earnings of $70,000 to $130,000+ annually and requires open availability, including Saturdays, while Sundays remain closed.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs accurately.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain maintenance and repairs.
• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Keep customers informed with updates on status, timelines, and costs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty.
