Job summary

Ray Laks Honda in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a Service Advisor with open availability, including Saturdays. You will focus on customer satisfaction, communicate with technicians, and identify vehicle concerns to recommend appropriate services.

You will prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs, write and manage repair orders from start to finish, and keep customers informed on timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Service Advisor in automotive settings.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and typical maintenance.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
