Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Quincy, MA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. The role centers on greeting customers, writing repair orders, and documenting concerns while delivering clear, written estimates for labor and parts.

You will monitor repair progress, communicate changes to customers, maintain high satisfaction, and advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs. This is a full-time, in-person position with growth opportunities.
