Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department in person. This role involves greeting customers, writing Repair Orders, and documenting concerns while explaining charges and estimates.

You will monitor repair progress, communicate changes to customers, and advise on vehicle care per manufacturers’ specs. A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Experience in managing time and organizing work-related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges.
• Document vehicle concerns after walk around.
• Provide written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor progress of repairs and update customers on changes.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents to a supervisor.
