Quirk Auto Dealerships in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, write repair orders, document concerns, and provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates to customers.

The role emphasizes timely communication, tracking job progress, advising customers on vehicle care, and upholding safety policies. A willingness to learn and strong customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Must have excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges.
• Performing vehicle walk around and documenting customer concerns.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
