Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Explain charges and write Repair Orders clearly.
• Record vehicle walk-around findings and customer concerns.
• Provide complete, accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress and update customers as needed.
• Communicate changes to estimates or timelines to customers.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Follow safety policies and report any incidents to a supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with Superior Customer Service Skills
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
