Quirk Auto Dealerships seeks a Service Advisor to join our busy Marshfield service department in a full-time, in-person role. You will greet customers, document concerns, and write accurate repair orders with clear cost estimates.

Responsibilities include monitoring repair progress, communicating changes to customers, and advising on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications. A positive attitude and strong computer skills are essential.

Key Required Proficiencies:

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Preferred Skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills
