Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a Service Advisor to join the busy service department. The role involves greeting customers, creating repair orders, and communicating estimates for labor and parts.

You will monitor repairs, inform customers of changes, and uphold safety standards while delivering high customer satisfaction. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, basic computer abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Must have excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges
• Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check the progress of repair throughout the day
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
• Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
