Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Manchester, NH seeks a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, write repair orders, document concerns, and provide accurate estimates while monitoring repair progress and communicating changes.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, time-management abilities, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. This is an in-person, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writes Repair Orders and explains charges.
• Performs vehicle walk around and documents customer concerns.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks the progress of repair throughout the day and informs customers of changes.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Follows all safety policies and reports accidents to a manager or supervisor.
