Job summary

Texas Collision Centers Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and explain the repair process to customers. You will coordinate with insurers, obtain authorization, and manage vehicle check-in and updates throughout the repair process.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and communication skills, with attention to safety standards. The ideal candidate has automotive collision estimating experience and is proficient with CCC One

Qualifications

• Prior automotive collision estimating experience is preferred.
• Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One is preferred.
• Proficient with a computer and software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Prepare repair estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Explain repair processes to customers and obtain repair authorization.
• Communicate with customers’ insurance companies regarding damages and approvals.
• Complete vehicle check-in with the customer and update on repair status.
• Handle total loss processes as needed and perform final quality control inspection.
• Deliver the repaired vehicle to the customer after completion.
• Adhere to safety standards and follow company procedures.
