Job summary

Texas Collision Centers in Bedford, TX is seeking a Service Advisor responsible for visually inspecting vehicles to determine repairs and preparing estimates. You will explain repair steps to customers, coordinate with insurance, and manage check-in and final delivery, all while upholding safety standards.

Prior collision estimating experience and CCC One familiarity are preferred. Responsibilities include communicating repair timelines, handling total losses, and performing quality control

Job Summary

Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage


• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle


• Explain repair process to customers


• Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization


• Complete vehicle check-in with customer


• Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer


• Handle total loss process


• Perform final Quality Control inspection


• Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer


• Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures


• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.


• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. regularly.


• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.


• Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level
