Cavender Ford of OKC is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and help Make Confidence Happen every day. You will greet customers, assess needs, and present transparent quotes while maintaining a high standard of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine the customer's primary concern and review maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Provide fair, transparent price quotes with integrity.
• Communicate with customers so they feel informed and comfortable.
• Resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Be a team player and uphold professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Determine customer's primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
• Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer
• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
