Cavender Ford of OKC, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help Make Confidence Happen every day. You’ll greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and guide them through the sales process from selection to paperwork.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proven record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with high-quality demonstrations.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions.
• Present deal structure and finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training on new vehicles and products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores as per company standards.
• Arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here is what you will need:

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
