Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
• Strong listening, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer’s primary concern and review additional maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Provide fair, transparent price quotes with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind.
• Communicate with each customer to leave them informed and comfortable.
• Handle all customer complaints promptly and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work as a team player and uphold Cavender’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing
