Cavender Toyota, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team in Texas. You will greet customers, assess concerns, present transparent quotes, and guide them through service with a focus on trust and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years prior Service Advisor experience required in a dealership or secondary shop.
• Mainline advisor experience is preferred.
• High Volume dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer’s primary concern and review additional maintenance needs when appropriate.
• Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive price quotes with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind.
• Communicate with each customer so they feel informed and comfortable.
• Handle all customer complaints promptly and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Work as a team player upholding professionalism and integrity.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally

• Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Here Is What You Will Need

• Minimum 2+ years prior Service Advisor experience required in a dealership or secondary shop
• Mainline advisor experience is preferred
• High Volume dealership experience preferred
• CDK experience is preferred
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
