Job summary

Cavender Ford of OKC is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You\'ll greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, lead them through the full sales process, and demonstrate both new and used vehicles.

You\'ll use our CRM to track interactions and present financing options, while delivering on high standards of customer service. We offer a $3,000 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, employee

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Present high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions.
• Present deal structure and finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training on new vehicle products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here is what you will need:

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
