Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service drive. You will own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely, friendly service while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

We value strong communicators with at least 2 years of service-advisor or writer experience, a clean driving record, and a professional appearance. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities accompany this role.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
