Job summary

Castle Automotive Group in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks a Service Advisor to manage the service drive and ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service from check-in to delivery.

You will answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, coordinate with technicians, and uphold strong customer satisfaction scores. Previous advisor experience and excellent communication are required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
