Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service drive, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service from check-in to delivery.

You will own the customer experience, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help maximize shop efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and clean driving record.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
