Job summary

Castle VW of Schaumburg is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service drive, own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, and coordinate with the shop to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.

You'll build relationships with customers, communicate clearly about vehicle concerns and warranties, and contribute to strong service and sales results in a high-volume dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor/Writer with at least 2 consecutive years.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Track record of service and sales success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
