Castle Autoplex of McHenry is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service drive, ensure prompt and friendly service, and own the customer experience from check-in to delivery. You will answer questions on repairs, warranties, and vehicle concerns while coordinating with technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have 2+ years of Service Advisor/Writer experience, excellent communication, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
