Anderson & Koch Ford in North Branch, MN is seeking a Service Advisor who is tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about customer service. You will be the link between customers and the service department, helping them understand their vehicle needs while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.

The Opportunity

Due to retirement and expansion, we’re looking for a Service Advisor who is tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about customer service. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between our customers and our service department—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs while ensuring their visit is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.

We are especially looking for someone who embraces new processes, is open to new ideas, and is excited to continuously improve how we serve our customers.

What You’ll Do
