Job summary

James River Equipment in New Bern is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. Since 1977 we’ve delivered John Deere products and services and built a family-style workplace grounded in skill, service and trust.

You will manage service authorizations, communicate with customers and technicians, and provide cost estimates and invoices. You’ll coordinate repairs, schedule start times, and ensure customers understand work progress and any additional work identified.
