James River Equipment in Pfafftown/Greensboro Area is hiring a Parts Sales Specialist. You will greet customers, identify parts solutions, and process orders across in person, phone, and online channels. You may also stock parts, prepare merchandise displays, and assist with inventory counts.

A Day in the Life:Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
