Job summary

Keyes Toyota in Los Angeles is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, guiding them through the service experience from intake to delivery. You will schedule appointments, prepare repair orders, explain maintenance recommendations and pricing, and coordinate with technicians while keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

This role supports departmental sales, CSI and customer satisfaction goals and requires 2+ years of Service Advisor

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Toyota dealership experience preferred; other brands considered.
• Ability to explain recommended services, pricing and repair timelines.
• Experience managing repair orders and customer follow-up.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
