Job summary

Lithia & Driveway seeks a Service Advisor at Subaru of Sterling in Sterling, VA to inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, communicate repair estimates, and prioritize tasks to keep repairs on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a service advisor or in a related automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Total Rewards

($50,000 - $90,000 ), which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
