Job summary

Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the primary contact for service customers, helping to deliver an exceptional ownership experience while identifying maintenance and repair opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling calls, building relationships, evaluating service needs, communicating costs and timelines, securing approvals, and coordinating repair progress.

Qualifications

• 6 month to 1 year of experience in a service or automotive environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers while following procedures.
• Build positive relationships by assessing needs and providing service solutions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to evaluate service requirements and recommend maintenance.
• Communicate service recommendations, costs and timelines to customers.
• Secure approvals for services and prepare repair orders using the ADP system.
• Coordinate repair activities and provide status updates to customers.
• Assist with customer delivery and ensure a seamless service experience.
