Job summary

Rock Honda is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor in Fontana, CA. The role offers full-time hours with a pay range of $64,500 to $161,800 annually, plus incentives. You will be the main liaison between customers and technicians, develop service estimates, and manage repair orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience.
• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
• CDK experience.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Be the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer’s needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500 - $161,800. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
