Job summary

Planet Honda in Union, New Jersey, is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will answer calls, greet customers, identify service needs, explain costs and estimates, coordinate repairs with technicians, and ensure a smooth experience from drop-off to pickup.

Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred, automotive knowledge is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential.

• Open availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and obtain approvals for services.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign orders.
• Provide clear repair updates and vehicle status to customers.
• Handle cash and credit card payments and deliver vehicles promptly.
