Job summary

Lithia & Driveway's Huntington Beach Hyundai is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, manage the service process, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a service advisor, basic automotive knowledge, and experience with Hyundai, Kia or Genesis, plus CDK and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a service advisor role.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience with Hyundai, Kia or Genesis.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone.
• Experience using CDK.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as the main contact throughout the service process and appointment.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues that are shared.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work.
• Maintain an open line of communication with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
• Work in and around the service department and report to the service manager.
