Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive dealership experience.
• Experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs.
• Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards.
• Mentor and support developing technicians.
• Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Stay current on Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements.
