Anaheim Hyundai is hiring a Service Advisor to serve as the main contact for customers throughout the service process. You will listen to concerns, document issues, recommend maintenance, and prepare estimates and repair orders.

You will communicate with technicians to ensure timely, quality work and deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in service advisory, 1+ year in customer service, familiarity with Hyundai/Kia/Genesis, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Hyundai, Kia or Genesis.
• Previous automotive dealership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of computers and business software.
