Job summary

Huntington Beach Hyundai in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Used Car Technician to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems. You will conduct multi-point inspections, complete used vehicle reconditioning, and document work orders precisely.

The role reports to the Recon Manager at our remote shop in Costa Mesa and requires 2+ years with European brands and EV experience. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with European brands.
• 2+ years of experience working with electric vehicles.
• Understand how to perform multi-point inspections.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components.
• Conduct multi-point inspections.
• Complete used vehicle reconditioning services to meet dealership quality and safety standards.
• Accurately document inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work orders.
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality.
