Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and greet customers.
• Identify solutions to customer concerns and explain service options.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and schedule service.
• Write repair orders using the ADP system.
• Follow ICC, ICC2 and CD processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
