Job summary

Garden Grove Hyundai in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive vehicle sales and coach a team of Sales Representatives. You will set and monitor weekly and monthly goals, while guiding the team through the full sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in automotive sales.
• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Previous experience at an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve vehicle sales targets by leading the sales team toward weekly and monthly goals.
• Participate in sales staff training and development.
• Ensure adherence to the standard sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers through the sales process as needed.
• Maintain customer records using the store's management system.
• Stay up-to-date with Hyundai products, features and accessories.
