Job summary

L0839 Huntington Beach Hyundai is hiring a Service Advisor in Huntington Beach, CA. You will greet customers, document issues, and coordinate service with technicians. The role requires 2+ years in service advisory, basic mechanical understanding, and strong customer service skills.

You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work while maintaining clear communication with customers and the service team. On-site role with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Comfortability working with customers in person and over the phone.
• Experience using CDK and working with computers.

What You'll Do

• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
