Lithia & Driveway Huntington Beach Hyundai is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our high-volume dealership. Open availability is required, with earnings based on a commission pay plan that could reach substantial totals for top performers.

You will present vehicle models, discuss financing options, and build lasting relationships with customers. Training is provided, and a clear path to higher earnings exists through individual sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
• You'll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.
