Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, document repair needs, and translate concerns into repair orders. You will communicate service recommendations, update customers on status, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in service writing, CDK experience, strong time-management, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included in a supportive Lithia team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Writing Advisor.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills.
• Typing ability to enter repair orders efficiently.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
