Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is seeking Experienced Automotive Service Technicians to perform repairs per repair order, diagnose malfunction, and ensure safety compliance while upholding Lithia standards. You will road-test vehicles, document procedures, and maintain tool inventory in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

The role is on-site with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certification is not required.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
