Job summary

Lithia Ford Idaho Falls is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk with Detailer duties. The role involves coordinating parts deliveries, inspecting shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory to support technicians and service advisors.

You will also detail vehicles to Lithia standards, clean interiors and exteriors, and prepare vehicles for delivery while upholding safety and quality expectations. High attention to detail and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience receiving shipments and verifying packing slips.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending daily.
• Detail-oriented with reliability and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ship/Receive parts and provide delivery updates to technicians and vendors.
• Coordinate daily parts deliveries and pickups with staff and outside vendors.
• Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and follow safety standards.
• Detail vehicle interiors, exteriors, engines, and upholstery to dealership standards.
