Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an Express Lube Advisor. You will answer calls, greet customers, and explain services, then create repair orders and provide estimates. Roving a commission-based pay structure, the role supports a busy service drive and requires strong communication and accuracy.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am–5:00 pm. Lithia offers competitive pay and total rewards, including health plans, 401(k), and discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older requirement
• Valid driver's license in state of residence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers while identifying concerns and offering solutions.
• Explain services, costs and estimated completion times.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around to assess needs and gain approval for recommended services.
• Create accurate repair orders in the ADP system and provide estimates.
• Dispatch repair orders and communicate with technicians during repairs.
• Keep customers informed of repair status and complete handoffs at delivery.
