Job summary

Cummins is seeking a branch-focused service professional to be the primary customer contact, promoting quality service and growing business within the location. You will develop repair plans, quote work, and coordinate with the Service Supervisor to schedule tasks and communicate progress to customers.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, diesel engine knowledge, and experience with diagnostics and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting using service tools and software.
• Knowledge of Cummins warranty process and policy is preferred.
• Experience in a shop service environment and with estimating/quoting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact to promote quality service and grow branch business.
• Interact with customers via phone or in person, building strong relationships.
• Analyze customer needs, gather information, and open work orders.
• Provide quotes, develop repair plans, schedule work, and update customers on repairs.
